PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insertion property and the locking force of a locking leg in a synthetic resin fastener to a through hole made in a panel. SOLUTION: In this fastener comprising a head part 1 and the locking leg 2 perpendicularly suspended from the head part, the locking leg comprises a rigid axial part 2a perpendicularly suspended from a lower side of the head part and a plurality of elastic locking pieces 2b which are disposed surrounding this axial part, continuously provided with an upper end part joined with a lower side of the head part 1 or a base end of the axial part 2a and a lower end part joined with a leg end of the axial part, and separates a middle part in the length from the axial part 2a.
