PURPOSE: An allowance paying system is provided to systematically and variously pay sellers allowances according to a tiered allowance structure in a multi-level sale for encouraging the sellers to actively sell commodities or increasing a recognition degree of a commodity. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a tiered allowance structure, comprising a direct sale allowance, a support allowance and a training support bonus. The direct sale allowance is paid the level 1 seller when the level 2 sellers below the level 1 seller sell commodities, for example, 10% of the total revenue registered at a management center. The support sale allowance is paid the level 1 seller on a differential basis according to the total revenue of the level 1 seller himself or herself in a case that the level 1 seller acquires at lease two level 2 sellers below himself or herself and they sell commodities more than the level 1 seller himself or herself, for example, 3-11% of the total revenue of the level 1 seller. The training support bonus is paid the level 1 seller according to the allowance of the lower level sellers below the level 1 seller, which can be applied to the level 3 sellers, for example, 10 % of the total allowance of the level 2 and 3 sellers. |
