A trust system for promoting participation in a business by distributing the gain of initial public offering in accordance with the contributions of the companies participating in the business of a venture company and by notifying the contributions in real time by using network of communication line. The trust system is characterized in that it is provided with a computer (2) of a trust institution, which is connected through a network of communication line to a computer (1) of an object company and a terminal (3) of a trust member dealing with the object company, and that the computer of the trust institution can calculate the contribution of the trust member to the activities of the object company thereby to distribute the capital gain of the stocks issued by the object company to the trust institution, in accordance with the contributions.
