BAG CLOSURE

A bag closure for closing the opening of a bag defined by a pair of edges (5, 6) comprising two elongate members (1, 2) releasably connectable to each other with the edges of the bag clamped between the elongate members. A slider (4) is mounted on one of the elongate members. A cam surface (3) is provided on one of the elongate members. The movement of the slider (4) relative to the cam surface (3) causes the elongate members (1, 2) to be forced together, thereby clamping together the open edges of the bag. A bag including a closure, and a method of closing a bag using a closure is disclosed.
