When a member of staffs reports the start of the work from a mobile terminal to a control room, the administration of the member is started by staff administering means contained in a control unit. Vehicle managing means contained in the control unit grasps the maintenance state of shared vehicles recorded in a vehicle master or port master and an uneven distribution of vehicles at each port and detects the staff work and the port position needing the staff work. The staff administering means selects some of the staffs who can arrive first at the port where a new work occurs, judging from the scheduled work completion time for each member to complete the work, and work informing means contained in the control unit informs the mobile terminal of the staff of the work. Thus, it is possible to provide a vehicle sharing system which can assign the staffs efficiently to the staff works such as the maintenance and reallocation of the vehicles.
