<p>A self-securing handle (200) for a tool (100) having a longitudinally extending main body portion (110) is provided. The handle (200) includes an elongate body (201) having a first end (211) and a longitudinally opposed second end (212), and a central cavity (230) extending from the first end (211) to the second end (212) thereof. The handle (200) further includes a securing mechanism (203) positioned within the central cavity (230) proximate the second end (212) of the body. The handle (200) receives the tool main body portion (110) within the central cavity (230), and the securing mechanism (203) mates with a receiving structure (130) on the tool main body portion (110) to secure the handle (200) to the tool main body portion (110).</p> |
