The water jet (1), for underground mining and tunneling, has a valve body (4) with at least one passage channel (12) parallel to the longitudinal axis (10) of the jet body (3) and close to it. It has at least one further guide drilling (14,15) for water or a watery suspension, between the inner zone (13) towards the inflow opening and the outflow opening (7). The fluid flows (17,18) converge towards the outflow opening at an acute angle ( alpha ). The delivered jet stream (23) expands from the center with an increased droplet density in a ring around the center zone of a lower density around a core zone with a high density.
