<p>A cutter wheel (1), wherein a blade tip ridge line (2) is deviated from a center (5) between both side faces (3, 4) of the wheel to either of the side faces and a through-hole (6) is formed in the wheel at the center thereof, whereby, as the degree of deviation of the blade tip ridge line (2) is larger, i.e., as a distance between the center (5) and the blade tip ridge line (2) is longer, i.e., as a distance between the left side face (3) and the blade tip ridge line (2) is shorter, the wheel can near closer to the projected part of an element and a film (X) for scribing.</p> |
