<p>A sprinkler head (10) includes a fixed nozzle (20); and a rotor plate (40) spaced from the nozzle and mounted for rotation about an axis extending through the nozzle (20), and mounted for tilting movement about a horizontal axis. The rotor plate (40) has adjacent water distribution grooves (42) therein, selectively alignable with the nozzle (20), the grooves shaped and arranged to cause the rotor plate (40) to rotate in opposite directions.
