The fuel injection valve has an atomizer disk (30) with a first upstream position (58), in which the fuel flows in centrally and out radially through an aperture region (61) directing the fuel onto an impact wall (63). Downstream of the wall, it ends in a second downstream position transversely to a slit outlet aperture (64).
