Internally-illuminated inflated figure for street-lamp has outer envelope inflated by fan attached to lamp-post by fixing cuff

The inflated figure has a textile or foil outer envelope (1) attached to the top of the street-lamp (2), so that it is illuminated by the light provided by the lamps at the top of the lamp-post. The figure is inflated via a fan (3) secured to the lamp-post via a split fixing cuff (4) and supplied with current via the current cable for the lamps, a number of tensioning cords on the inside of the envelope used for centring and stabilising the inflated figure.
