A method for the regeneration of humidity-laden drying cartridges is disclosed, in which atmospheric air is heated to ca. 220 to 300 DEG C and introduced into the drying cartridge (24a, 24b) for regeneration. The subsequent cooling of the drying cartridge (24a, 24b) is achieved by means of a partial stream of air diverted from the dried process air. An arrangement suitable for carrying out said method is also disclosed. |
