One filtration stage is arranged above the other. Electric motor (6) drives shaft which has hollow sections (9,20) in each filtrate chamber, with opening to feed filtrate into next filter chamber. Each section has attached filter (10,21) and spiral, fixed guide plate (22,23) in filter chamber, and fixed guide plate cage. There is infeed (18) for substance to be filtered, and outlet (17,19) for filtered substance.
