<p>An elastomeric fabric (100) woven in a leno weave, with the warp yarns (110) being elatomeric yarns. The elastomeric warp yarns (110) have a minor axis (102) disposed in the direction perpendicular to the fabric surface. The fabric is calendered to reduce the thickness of the elastomeric yarns along the minor axis (102) at the cross-over (105) of the warp yarns in the leno weave.</p> |
