<p>The invention concerns an association of two active substances in anti-tumoral immunotherapy to be administered to a patient. The invention is characterised in that the first substance is a tumor antigen or a mixture of tumor antigens and the second substance is a system for delivering an immunostimulatory cytokine or chemokine. The first active substance is advantageously a lysate of tumor cells and the second active substance consists in genetically modified cells expressing in stable manner a gene coding for an immunostimulatory cytokine or chemokine.</p> |
