<p>The invention concerns an installation for treating samples by chromatographic separation comprising: i) mobile phase supplying means (1, 2, 4), sample supplying means (14), a plurality of injectors (10-i) comprising each a first intake (11-i) for receiving a sample, a second intake (8-i) connected to the supply means, and an outlet (13-i) for delivering the mobile phase and/or the sample; ii) a stationary phase (3) defining a plurality of channels (12-i) for treating the samples each starting in a selected first site (19-i) and emerging in a second selected site (20-i); and iii) a chamber (17) housing the stationary phase (3) and comprising pressurising means for applying an external pressure on one surface of the stationary phase, a plurality of intakes connected each to the outlet (13-i) of an injector (10-i) for delivering the mobile phase and/or the samples at the first sites (19-i), and a plurality of outlets (18-i) for evacuating the plurality of samples treated in the channels (12-i) and reaching the various second sites.</p> |
