The device has a holder (17) comprising an optical finer with a fiber Bragg grating region for which three areas are defined: a first area (13), a second area (14) and a third intermediate area (15) corresponding to the central wavelength. An adjuster compresses the Bragg grating between the first area and the intermediate area and elongates the fiber grating between the intermediate area and the second area.
