<p>A laminator for laminating a film on a substrate (1), comprising frames (10, 11), a pair of slender pressing rolls (2), and a pair of bars (6), wherein each bar (6) is disposed in parallel with the pressing roll behind the pressing roll (2) and its end parts are supported by bearing housings (5) for the pressing roll (2), mountably supporting members (13, 14) for connecting the bars (6) to the frames (10, 11) are installed at the center parts of the bars (6), one mountably supporting member being provided with a pressurizing device (13), whereby, when the pressurizing device (13) is operated, a pressing force is applied to the substrate (1) and the film between the pair of pressing rolls (2) through the bars (6) and bearing housings (5) and, at the same time, a bending moment having a tendency to deform the pair of pressing rolls (2) so that they are convexed to each other is transmitted to the end parts of the pressing rolls (2).</p> |
