The present invention relates to a process for preparing a creatine beverage, which process comprises the following steps: heating a slight alkaline water to a temperature in the range of 20 to 99 degC; adding crystalline creatine powder into the heated water in an amount ranging from 1 to 3 grams per 100 ml of the heated water; dissolving the creatine powder by stirring in order to produce an aqueous creatine solution; adding an ingredient improving nutrition value or taste into the aqueous creatine solution; and sterilization of the aqueous creatine solution in order to obtain a creatine beverage having pH value in the range of 7 to 10. |
