Provision of subscriber QoS guarantees to roaming subscribers

Information corresponding to respective qualities of service (QoS) of a network (2), is transmitted to another network (3) in a framework. A session initiation protocol (SIP)/session description protocol (SDP) massages are transmitted between a servicing call state control function (7) of the network (2) and a proxy call state control function (13) of the network (3), when call corresponding to multimedia communication session is received.
