A pair of memories (5001,5002) store data structure information and special information, respectively. A controller (5003) controls the transfer of encrypted data of data structure information between the memories and updates special information such that a mismatch occurs between the special information obtained before and after the transfer of encrypted data between the two memories. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Data transfer method; and (2) Data deletion method.
