PURPOSE: A device for cooling brake oil is provided to keep a safe braking condition, prevent accidents, and improve the steering force of drivers by immediately cooling brake oil when the temperature of oil embedded in a master cylinder is raised by frequently operating a brake in a downhill. CONSTITUTION: In a brake system including a brake pedal(10) adjusted by the leg power of drivers and working a wheel cylinder(20) by advancing in a master cylinder(12) embedding brake oil and by force-feeding brake oil by the moving power of the brake pedal, superheated brake oil is cooled by a cooling device(22) formed with thermoelectric module(26) embedding a temperature sensor(24) in a brake pipe(18) connecting the mater cylinder with the wheel cylinder.
