An arrangement for cutting a sheet material (1), esp paper or card, consists of a circular blade (2) which can rotate on a transport member (3). The latter has a drive that can move it over the cutting area. A cable (6) is tensioned over the cutting area, and a cable disc (9) is located on the transport member. The cable runs over the disc, through 360 degrees, and the disc has a torque coupling to the blade. |
