PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply adapter for an endoscope enabling to easily and cleanly supply air by use of a treatment tool through-channel. SOLUTION: A check valve 24 is positioned between an air-supply base part 21 and a treatment tool hole part 14 so that fluid is passed from the base part 21 to the hole part 14 and not vice versa.
