PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier laminated film having high transparency and showing extremely high gas barrier capacity even when receiving mechanical stress under a high humidity condition. SOLUTION: In the barrier laminated film having a film base material and the organic inorganic hybrid polymer layer formed on the film base material, the organic inorganic hybrid polymer layer consists of a polymer having a hydrogen bond forming group and fine particles having a metal oxide as a skeleton and having a mean particles size of 100 nm or less and dispersed in the polymer to be bonded to the polymer.
