The device for separating a bone part or a membrane/membrane part proceeds from a starting position to a final position and involves the application of a force forming a separation movement in the appropriate direction. The separation movement gives rise to bone formation through an osteogenesis function between the bone part or membrane and the main part. The device (10,11) which effects the separation movements produces separation forces through working in conjunction with a bone part area which in the starting position is separate from the bone part lower jawbone or upper jawbone area. The device produces separation forces by means of an outward or upward or downward function which is produced by the bone part outer, upper or lower parts and/or related constituents, which can comprise teeth, prostheses, screws, etc. |
