PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method can be simpler and less expensive while keeping a simple structure and functions similar to those of a conventional one. SOLUTION: The sealed container 34 is manufactured by a manufacturing method comprising a process of forming a laminate including a basic structural member and a sealing film into a cylindrical body 12 having at least one opening end 12c or 12e while the sealing film is facing outward from the basic structural member, a process of forming a rim 12d or 12f by bending the opening end inward, and a process of fixing a lid member 24 or 24' formed of the laminate including the sealing film to the rim of the at least one opening end of the body for sealing the at least one opening end. |
