PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding device which shares a top force of a bonding jig in either of a case in which a pattern is formed on a cover material or a case in which the pattern is not formed on the cover material and shows the enhanced durability and fitting performance of a plate face impressing member and further, prevents the falling of raisings of the cover material or a damage to the cover material due to high temperature. SOLUTION: The reticular plate face impressing member 15 with air permeability and a pattern impressing blade 17 are fitted to the top force 13 of the bonding jig 11. The plate face impressing member 15 is formed by attaching a reticular body 15b to a frame 15a. The reticular body 15b is formed of a mesh structure 16a for form embossing and a mesh structure 16b for preventing the raisings of the cover material from falling down, laminated on the mesh structure 16a for form embossing. The cover material 5 is pressed by means of the reticular plate face impressing member 15 and the pattern impressing blade 17 to the pattern of a pad material 3. The pattern impressing blade 17 is mounted on the top force 13 in a freely attaching/detaching manner or a freely ascending/descending manner.
