A filling agent consists of separate integral solid nozzles being made inert relative to wine medium. The solid nozzle is made from the material which specific weight is greater than that of wine medium, solid nozzle surface is hydrophilic. The solid nozzle is made in the form of a glass ball. A method for producing sparkling wine in a continuous flow, providing blending, preparation of aqueous suspension from the natural disperse material and yeast solution, clarification of blend with use of natural mineral (paligorskite or hydromica), biological withdrawing oxygen using the filling agent, pasteurization, champagnization, biogeneration of sparkling wine, filtration thereof, ageing and bottling. Clarification of the blend, biological withdrawing oxygen therefrom and filtration are performed simultaneously in one tank introducing into the blend a flow of different or preliminarily mixed doses with aqueous suspension of natural disperse mineral and yeast solution, and subsequent single passage of the obtained mixture through the surface of nozzles layer of the filling agent immersed into the blend. Simultaneous clarification, biological withdrawing of the oxygen and filtration are performed during introduction of the blend into the flow, which consumption is of 40-60 dal/hour, natural disperse mineral of 0.3-0.45 g/dm3, yeast solution as calculated of the content therein of 2.0-4.0 mln. kl/cm3, and while passing this mixture through the layer of filling agent nozzles with surface of 10.8-13.7 m2/dal/hour.
