PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and a cost for a water saving study and to simply create a water saving idea a short time by needing neither the purchase of softwaren or an installation work and enabling a customer and an analyzer to hold the data not only in common in a real time but also to be confirmed in common. SOLUTION: The water saving study system uses software capable of giving the optimum solution and cost evaluation related to the water saving of a customer and performs the exchange of data through a communication circuit such as the Internet or the like to enable many persons not only to simply acquire a water saving idea a short time but also to reduce cost required in investigation.
