PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow parts having a branch part capable of preventing defects caused by including a stock in the branch part of the hollow parts. SOLUTION: A forging device comprises first punches 7 and 8 and second punches 5 and 6 disposed in a drawing/inserting manner from/into a space having side spaces 3a and 3b forming the branch part surrounded by a plurality of dies. Tip parts of the first punches 7 and 8 form notched parts 7a and 8a, the notched parts face the side spaces 3a and 3b at the advancing position. The second punches 5 and 6 are disposed in a drawing/inserting manner from/ into the side spaces 3a and 3b.
