PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for saving energy by recycling the heat energy of remaining hot water in a bathtub without wasting it by using a simple device requiring no space for the device. SOLUTION: A water reservoir 1 is directly put into remaining hot water 12 still at a high temperature in a bathtub 11, turned to the state of reserved water 13 by pouring water through a pouring port 8 into the reservoir 1 and covered with a heat insulation cover 9 and a bathtub lid 10 and the radiation of heat is prevented. Also, the reserved water 13 is made to absorb a part of the heat energy of the remaining hot water 12 and the warmed reserved water 13 is used as a part of the next bathtub water. Thus, fuel is saved and the energy is saved. After use, the water reservoir 1 is folded and housed.
