PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical filter medium in which the filter medium is effectively utilized and the medium maintains filtration performance over a long period and to provide a water cleaning cartridge, a water cleaner and a clean water shower using the filter medium. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical filter medium 12 having an inside flow passage 15 at the inside, the initial filtration resistance between its outside flow passage 13 side and the inside flow passage 15 side is made smaller from one end side of the cylindrical filter medium 12 toward the other end side; and in the water cleaning cartridge 10, the cylindrical filter medium 12 is housed in a case 11, and an opening 14 of the case 11 and a communication pipe 16 are disposed at the side which has higher initial filtration resistance of the cylindrical filter medium 12; and the water cleaner and the clean water shower are provided with the water cleaning cartridge 10. |
