PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage in a part adjacent to a gas jet port from an inflator in an inner tube. SOLUTION: One end part 70A of a pipe 70 extending in the axial direction of an inner tube 32 having flexibility such as a fabric and having a smaller diameter, a shorter length, and higher rigidity compared with those of the inner tube 32 is fixed to the outer circumferential part adjacent to the end in the side of a gas jet outlet 14A in the inflator 14. The pipe 70 has its tip part 70C being narrower compared with a part 70B to be the outer circumferential part of the gas jet port 14A of the inflator 14. The tip part 32A in the rear side of the inner tube 32 is clamped in the outer circumferential part of the end part 70A of the pipe 70 by a clamp 82.
