PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort food having an excellent flavor. SOLUTION: This retort food is obtained by adding a water-in-oil type emulsified oil composition using a polyglycerol condensed ricinoleic acid ester and a glycerol saturated fatty acid monoester as an emulsifying agent.
