<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of a laser shooting port of a laser oscillator which prevents the adhesion of dust to the laser shooting port shoots a stable laser beam, and an efficient laser beam machining method. SOLUTION: The cover 13 of the laser shooting port is the cover 13 for protecting the laser shooting port 24 of the laser oscillator 23, and with the cover 13, arranged is a film which hardly absorbs the laser in a position where the laser passes. The film 11 is preferably drawably wound and the laser of the laser oscillator 23 is a CO2 laser. The film consisting of a polyolefinic resin is preferably used for the film 11. A resin sheet is worked by the laser for which such cover 13 is used.</p> |
