PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and man-hours for assembly by performing both sealing of an engine room and a refrigerant piping joint 3 and sealing of the engine room and a cabin with one grommet 6. SOLUTION: By one grommet 6 fitted on the front end of a fitting wall 12 of a unit case 2, a clearance between the fitting wall 12 and the peripheral edge of an opening part 4 in a dash panel 1 is sealed, a clearance between the fitting wall 12 and a block joint 24 of the refrigerant piping joint 3 is sealed, and a clearance between the peripheral edge of the opening 4 in the dash panel 1 and the block joint 24 of the refrigerant piping joint 3 is sealed. As a result, the engine room and the refrigerant piping joint 3 can be sealed, and the engine room and a cabin can be sealed. It is thus possible to prevent erroneous control of an expansion valve due to high ambient temperature in the engine room and prevent invasion of water, such as rain water or covering water, into the cabin from the engine room.
