PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform the film thickness, eliminate unevenness in the length, and prevent an orientation agent which deteriorates the quality from dropping, in an orientation film printing device which transfers an orientation film to a substrate 20. SOLUTION: An orientation film printing plate wherein the transfer surface has an arc surface of a specified length is attached to a plate cylinder 5. Then, the substrate 20 is run while synchronizing with the rotation of the plate cylinder 5, and the orientation film is transferred. Thus, the printing length of the film can be made uniform. Also, a bristle member 11, which scrapes out the orientation agent residing in a plurality of recesses 1a on the outer peripheral surface of an anilox roll forming the orientation film 9a, is provided on the orientation film printing plate 2. Thus, the orientation agent is prevented from dropping during the transfer. |
