<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for treating molten slag capable of manufacturing the treated slag high in safety by suppressing the elution of lead without adding an additive such as a chemical. SOLUTION: In the treatment method for suppressing the elution of lead from molten slag obtained by treating waste at a high temperature, the molten slag 1 is ground by a grinder 2 and a part of the ground molten slag is mixed with the molten slag. The grinding treatment of the molten slag is preferably performed so that a particle size of 1,000μm or less becomes 60% or more, preferably 80% or more and the molten slag subjected to grinding treatment or mixing treatment is not less than 9, preferably 9.5 in the pH of an eluate and can be subjected to washing treatment by a washing machine 4.</p> |
