PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing net-carrying tool capable of giving greater comfort of fishing because, when a rod is swung, the position of the landing net- carrying tool can be changed to a withdrawn position in a fishing-waiting state to prevent the landing net-carrying tool from blocking the swing of the rod. SOLUTION: This landing net-carrying tool comprises a carrying frame body 1 capable of carrying a landing net W, and a supporting part 2 capable of allowing the carrying frame body 1 to stand on a stand 3 for the fishing, and further has a position-changing structure 4 capable of changing the position of the carrying frame body 1 between a using position S at which the landing net can be carried, and a withdrawn position T in the fishing-waiting state.
