PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch apparatus in which stretch can be applied easily to a plurality of parts with its single unit within a home. SOLUTION: A stretch apparatus 1 having a motor 6 and a transmission mechanism for transmitting the power of the motor 6 as reciprocating motion within a base 2 provided with a long groove 5 on the surface 2a, wherein a running body 3 installed on the surface 2a of the base 2 is connected to the transmission mechanism through the long groove 5, the running body 3 is allowed to do reciprocating motion along the longitudinal direction of the long groove 5 by the power of the motor 6 transmitted via the transmission mechanism, a control portion for controlling the reciprocating motion of the running body 3 is placed, and the upper part of the running body 3 is provided with a hand and foot rest 4 having both a part for a user 90 to grasp with his hand and a part for him to place his feet. |
