PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment device capable of performing a treatment without replacement of a treatment tool having a different function inserted to, a tube of an endoscope and quickly performing a series of works from the enucleate of a diseased tissue to the hemostasis thereof. SOLUTION: This endoscopic treatment device endoscopically used to perform the enucleation, hemostasis, and coagulation of the tissue of a living body by carrying a high frequency current to the tissue comprises a lengthy probe 3 endoscopically insertable into the body and having a through-hole opened at the tip. An electrode knife part 11 is provided near the tip of the probe 3 so as to be protrudable from the tip of the probe 3, and capable of carrying high frequency current; a tip insulation part 13 larger in diameter than the knife part 11, which is provided at the tip of the knife part 11. A control device 7 has a high frequency power source for supplying the high frequency current to the knife part 11, a conduit for supplying an inert gas to the through-hole possessed by the probe 3, and a means for controlling the supply of high frequency current to the knife part. |
