PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always maintain an appropriate outdoor air cooling control irrespective of a temperature difference between outdoor air temperature and return air temperature. SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device (PID controller) 3 is provided with an outdoor air temperature input part 3-1, a return air temperature input part 3-2, a temperature difference calculating part 3-3, a parameter calculating part 3-4 and a control computation part 3-5. In the case of conducting outdoor air cooling, the air conditioning control device 3 turns OFF control valves (chilled water valve and hot water valve) for a cooling coil 2-1 and a heating coil 2-2. It calculates a differenceΔT between outdoor air temperature T1 and return air temperature T2 and determines a proportional gain Kp as Kp=K1/ΔT. This proportional gain Kp is substituted in a prescribed computing equation to determine a damper opening MV(t) corresponding to a deviation of supply air temperature Tpv from a supply air temperature set value Tsp, as a control output, and thereby the damper opening MV of an outdoor air damper 1 is controlled. |
