PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating structure of a working vehicle capable of efficiently lowering the noise of an engine by providing the sound insulating structure formed of a sound insulation wall and a partition wall with sound insulation space between a bonnet and a steering part cover. SOLUTION: In this working vehicle, the partition wall 50 is provided between the bonnet 3 for covering the engine 2 installed on a body 1b and the steering part cover 60 for covering the base part side of the steering wheel 6a of a steering part 6. In the sound insulating structure of the working vehicle, sound insulation wall 51 with the sound insulation space H is provided on the engine 2 side of the partition wall 50. In addition, a sound insulation mat 56 is installed between the partition wall 50 and the sound insulation wall 51.
