PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure loss during curving of a hot-air flow to a foot opening side. SOLUTION: In a case member 11, there are provided a heat exchanger 13 for heating which heats the air, a bypass path 15 which bypasses the heat exchanger 13 for heating and makes the air to flow, an air mix door 16 which adjusts the gas quantity rate of hot air heated through the heat exchanger 13 for heating and cold air passing through the bypass path 15, and an air mixing section 19 which mixes the hot air and the cold air. Additionally, there are provided face opening parts 20, 21 for blowing the air passing through the air mixing section 19 to an upper-body side of an occupant and a foot opening 27 for blowing the air passing through the air mixing section 19 to the foot side of the occupant. The foot opening 27 is formed to be open in the region of the air mixing section 19 on both of the right and left side surfaces of the case member 11.
