PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a sufficient amount of a fluid to a vessel region which is treated or cured in a micro-invasive surgical procedure for a diagnosis or a medical treatment while the external diameter of a guide catheter is kept comparatively small. SOLUTION: In this method to be used for the micro-invasive operation treatment, and its device, and also, the guide catheter for the device and a valve unit to be used for the treatment, a bypass section (5) having an expanded hydraulic bypass section is provided. In the bypass section (5), a utensil (10) which is attached to a utensil catheter (11), e.g. a balloon can be pulled in after the treatment has been performed. Thus, a sufficient amount of the fluid flows from the guide catheter (4) through the utensil (1). By providing the bypass section (5) having the expanded cross section, the utensil (10) having the catheter (4) which fits extremely closely can be used. |
