PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actuate/unactuate a control circuit which generates a switching signal for vibrating a vibrator, by a control signal. SOLUTION: A vibrator controlling circuit is composed of the control circuit 12 which is actuated when the level of the control signal to be sent to a control terminal CONT is changed and generates the switching signal, a switching element 14 which is turned on/off by the switching signal from the control circuit 12, and the vibrator 15 which is vibrated when the switching element 14 is turned on/off.
