PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily and highly accurately adjust the hot water supply amount per unit time of a motor-driven hot water supply pump. SOLUTION: An electric pot is provided with an inner container for water boiling and heat retention, a heating means heating the inner container, a DC type motor-driven hot water supply pump supplying hot water inside the inner container through a hot water supply passage to the outside, a pulse driving means driving the motor-driven hot water supply pump by a pulse voltage and a duty factor varying means varying the duty factor of the pulse voltage of the pulse driving means. By varying the duty factor of the pulse voltage to a prescribed value by the duty factor varying means, the discharge amount per unit time of the motor-driven hot water supply pump is adjusted to a prescribed discharge amount.
