PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole with excellent cushion property, durability, an antibacterial property and a heat insulation property which hardly becomes musty. SOLUTION: For the insole, a structure for which a wire composed of a thermoplastic elastic resin forms a loop, a large part of mutual contact parts is joined and components indicating the antibacterial property and a moisture absorption heat generation property are imparted to the surface of the wire is used as a cushion layer.
