<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the control capacity of elongation percentage in continuous temper rolling equipment. SOLUTION: A work roll and bridle rolls before and behind the mill are independently controlled in their speeds and in which the elongation percentage of a steel sheet. The tension on the inlet side of the mill, and the differential tension between the inlet side and the outlet side are controlled by the rotational speed of the outlet-side bridle roll, and rolling load and the rotational speed of the work roll of the mill, respectively. By providing a controller whose disturbance suppressing performance concerning the frequency band of disturbance component which is the action of a screw-down control system on the speed control system of the front and rear bridle rolls and the work roll on respective speed control means of the front and rear bridle rolls and the work roll is raised, the high-accuracy control of elongation percentage is realized.</p> |
